This is the place where you can find useful forms such as Membership Renewal, Destash and in due course the forms for the upcoming Quilt Show.

Membership Renewal Form

This is used to update the membership secretary if any of your details have changed. If, on renewal, your details remain unchanged, you can simply pay your annual membership fee.

Destash Form

This form is used to list items that a member is selling on the destash table at our monthly meetings. Download and print the form. You can then enter details of the items for destash as instructed on the form.
